I am currently away in Greece and my Bill currently says I have used 183 GB out of 100 GB does that mean I’m going to be charged because I do have a set cap for £5 and I can’t physically afford that much I thought I was able to use my phone out here as I can at home

    Hi @Willlbh,

There's no need to worry based on the figures you've quoted.

If your bill is showing 183GB remaining out of 100GB, this usually means you have rollover data on your account. The 100GB is your monthly allowance, while the 183GB is the total amount of data you currently have available to use.

As Greece is included in our inclusive roaming destinations, you can use your plan there without purchasing any additional roaming bundles.

To help prevent any unexpected charges, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00:

    • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Set the cap to £0.00 and save the change.

This will help prevent any out-of-plan charges from being incurred while you're abroad.

Enjoy the rest of your holiday in Greece!

    Regards,
