It’s says I owe money and that my payment wasn’t made but on my payment history it says successful

Please note that the iD Mobile app may show the payment as successful. However,the direct debit may be unsuccessful. 

 

As the payment was processed through your bank, we would recommend contacting them directly to understand if Direct Debit went through.
