Question

Data rollover incorrect or not showing on bill

when I get my bill, the roll over amount for the previous month seems wrong (month the bill if for)

then it repeats it later in the bill, saying the same amount has rolled over to the current (unbilled) month.

for example, a bills say I have 62300mn total available. and the amount I actually used is 60581mb. and I rolled over 23550mb?  but I should have had 45393mb rollover added to my total available, making it 106840mb. other times its just an asterisk (*) ?

    Hi @Tony 123,

I understand, that does look confusing.

What’s likely happening is your rollover data is being shown in two different sections of the bill, so it can look like it’s been counted twice, even though it isn’t.

The * (asterisk) usually means the figure is provisional or still being finalised when the bill is generated.

Rollover amounts can also update slightly after your billing cut-off, which can cause temporary mismatches in the totals.
