Data Usage is way off

My data allowance is showing as used up completely, plus £50 of additional charges. When I upgraded a couple months ago I had 90+GB in the bank too.  Which means I've used 150+ GB in a couple of months when I use very little data.  This cannot be right.  My phone says I've used approx 4GB and 9Gb for the previous 2 months.

 

The charges to my account are completely wrong and need to be removed.
