daya add onscthat dont work & zero support

Went to Turkey in October / November and bought a £20 pound data add on that did not work and went unused and was still charged by id mobile. Near impossible to complain as well ? Customer service none existent…

Zero support- yep this is id mobile they don’t care about existing customers
