DD date is a month out

Bill creates today but till debit in January and not February as it states. It was a month out last month. Is this normal?

I can confirm that the billing date and Direct Debit collection can sometimes differ from your usual schedule due to your chosen payment date or billing cycle changes.
If your bill was generated today but is set to be collected in January instead of February, this aligns with how the system processes payments 14 days after the bill is issued.

Thanks. How can I change it so it says the correct date? It just looks really odd. I’ve only had two bills and they have both been the same. I’ve not changed the billing dates or cycle.

How to change your Direct Debit/payment date in the iD Mobile app:

-Open the iD Mobile app on your phone.

-Log in with your account credentials.

-Tap on ‘Account’ or ‘My Account’ from the menu.

-Select ‘Billing & Payments’ or ‘Direct Debit’.

-Choose ‘Change Payment Date’ (or similar option).

-Select your preferred new payment date from the available options.

-Confirm the change and submit.
 

You’ll receive a confirmation in the app and/or via email.

Thanks. Will that then align the dates on the bills? I don’t mind when it takes it’s just it says it will debit in mid Feb when I know it will be mid Jan

The actual PDF of the bill is correct and shows the correct date. The app is displaying the wrong date and has added a month to the DD date. 
 

is that a glitch that can be reported and fixed?
