DD not been taking out

I changed my DD date to the first of every month yet nothing has been taken from my account in two months - what is actually happening I have a newborn and can’t be dealing with the hassle of going in manually paying the bill. What’s the point of having a DD set-up?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that the direct debit did not go through. I completely understand how frustrating this is, especially with a newborn to look after.

If you’ve recently changed your Direct Debit date, it can take 1–2 billing cycles for the new date to fully take effect. During this time, payments may not be taken automatically, and the system can show the balance as payable manually instead. Please send us private message to look into this issue.
