Hi... I've set up a DD on numerous occasions but it never Takes the payment and I have Todo it manually, I get at least 2 mgs everyday telling me my DD has been reinstated, as I think the money is coming out automatically as I've set up a DD , the missed payment having impact on my credit file. Can someone please take my monthly bill of the card I've provided. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry for the trouble with your direct debit.

If payments aren’t being taken despite setting up the DD, it may be a technical issue. Please check your bank details in the iD Mobile app and confirm with your bank that the mandate is active. If you'd like us to charge your monthly bill to the card you've provided, please email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with your full name and postcode, and we’ll escalate this for you.
