debt payment and contract cancellation

I have a debt to pay for a phone number I have with is mobile. I’d like to ensure this is payed and plan cancelled with no further payment due. I don’t know the number but I have the sim in my phone so I’m confused how I can pay and cancel. I’ve messaged before about this and was given my number but I has since forgotten.
