Help with the default 

I have been put on default 

I am a long time customers I took several contacts with you 

In 2019 I took a contact and pas it to my ex partner later he was paying it manually and missed one payment 

you sent my name to debt collection no phone number was mentioned on it that where the confusion started and I thought it was related to the previous contract I took for my daughter I even thought someone was using the phone fraudulently until I recently found that it was my ex partner 

I have been put on default I can prove that I was not using the phone you can even check the card payment used for payment 

could you please help me 


This is really affecting me and my kids 

I paid the outstanding balance for the numbers I never used but fait enough I didn’t have choice 

can you tell me what I can do to sort out this matter
