Defaulted accounts

Hello,

I am writing regarding a defaulted iD Mobile account showing on my Experian credit file for the amount of £40. Unfortunately, I no longer have the associated phone number.

Could you please help locate the account using my name, date of birth, and address so I can clear the balance immediately?

Once located and settled, please confirm in writing that the balance is cleared and the account closed, and if possible update the default entry as a gesture of goodwill because I wasn’t aware of the outstanding balance.
