despite purchasing a roaming package for turkey my bill is over £100 can i query or contest this

Please note that when using your device abroad, we do send usage and charge warning texts to help keep you informed of any potential costs. However, it’s important to be aware that roaming add-ons are data-only, and calls and texts are not included. Any calls or texts made while roaming are charged separately and can result in additional costs.

If a roaming pass is not fully applied to all data usage, or if any usage falls outside of the add-on, standard roaming charges may still apply.

For future travel, we strongly recommend setting a bill cap to £0 or a low limit before going abroad to help avoid unexpected charges.
