Different bill amounts

Hi, I've just signed a new contract for another 12 months. 

I know my bills may be different for the first month but the app bill & email bill are different. 

The one above is my email bill.

 

The one above is the app which makes sense as it's pro-rata billed.

Can someone please advise?

Thank you for getting in touch, and congratulations on your new 12-month contract.

You’re right that the first bill can sometimes look a little different. If the amount shown in the app and the email bill are not matching, it may be due to the timing of when the bill was generated or when the app last updated.
