I had another account that is no longer in use, I cancelled the direct debit and deleted this account
this then cancelled the direct debit on my active account, I re added this and since then I get 2-3 text messages every week saying we have reinstated your direct debit then I get a message to say I have an outstanding balance.
I then have to log into my account and pay the balance by card, this has been ongoing now since April
who do I speak to regarding this ?
