Hi, I’ve started to pay my monthly bill and need to change the name on the direct debit to my own rather than my dads, please can you help me?

You can change the details on the direct debit via the steps below.
 

Method 1: Using the iD Mobile App

Open the iD Mobile app.

Log in to your account.

Tap Bills.

Tap Payments.

Select Edit Direct Debit details.

Enter your new bank account details.

Tap Save, then Done.

 

Method 2: Using the Website

Go to my.idmobile.co.uk.

Log in to your account.

Go to Bills.

Click Payments.

Select Edit Direct Debit details.

Enter the new bank details and save.
