I’ve changed my direct debit from the 20th to the 28th, will my first bill still go out on the 20th? Or will it go out on the 28th?

Thanks for your question and I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear when you made the change.

 

When you update your Direct Debit date with iD Mobile, the change only takes effect from your next billing cycle, not the current one.

 

💳 What this means for you

  • Your upcoming payment will still be taken on the 20th
  • Your new Direct Debit date of the 28th will apply from your next bill onwards

👍 Going forward

After this next payment:

  • All future bills will then be collected on the 28th as requested

If you’re concerned about making the payment on the 20th, let me know we may be able to look at options like a short extension 👍
