Need to set up direct debit again

You can try this:-

You can set up a Direct Debit quickly and securely through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select Payments / Billing
  4. Tap Manage payment method
  5. Choose Set up Direct Debit
  6. Enter your bank account details and confirm the instruction

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation that your Direct Debit has been successfully set up.
 

You can also set this up via your online account at my.idmobile.co.uk by going to Billing > Payment methods.

If this is not successful then your best option is to contact an advisor via Live Chat  (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
