I paid my direct debit Friday 12th June. You then proceed to take another £60 from my account yesterday, which you have now returned.

you have now stated there’s two failed payments despite the fact the payment I paid on Friday the 12th June was taken from my account which I have the bank statement to prove.

Instead of giving me my £120 back, you’ve only given me £60. On others words you’ve stole £60 from me.

    Hi @Beckybex,

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.

Sometimes this situation occurs due to a duplicate Direct Debit attempt or bank processing delay, where:

A payment is taken, but the system also shows a second attempt
One payment is later automatically reversed/refunded by the bank or payment provider
This can temporarily make it look like extra money has been taken or only partially refunded

Please review the following to understand what’s happened:

iD Mobile app → Billing → Payment history (shows all payments, refunds, and statuses)
Your bank statement (to check actual money taken vs refunded)
Your pending transactions section (to see if anything is still processing)
