i keep setting up a direct debit but it isnt working abd i have to pay manually

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble setting up your Direct Debit. I understand how frustrating it is having to pay manually.

 

Please try the following steps:
Make sure the bank account details are entered exactly as they appear on your bank statement
Ensure the account is a UK bank account that supports Direct Debits
Try setting it up again via the iD Mobile app → Billing → Payment methods
Log out and log back into the app before retrying

 

If it still isn’t working, please try:

Adding a different bank account or debit card as a payment method
Then attempt to set up the Direct Debit again
