My god, hardest network iv ever owned, can’t ever get a human for conversation, my bill is paid every month, iv asked multiple times for my bill to go direct debit on the 26th monthly even done it via the app myself, yet its the 10th and line it off and asking for money when my bill is not due by the date on app till 18th, so unless I pay that and again another as it’s now asking for next month too so again before I can again try setting direct debit to 26th when I get paid, I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies, I always pay and iv set this up 4x now and sent may emails and still having the same trouble, it’s just been Christmas new year funds are low as many and paying 2 bills is something I can’t do, it should be by now set at 26th by direct debit… I still under contract or id leave this network, been nothing but problems.
