My direct debit was due to be collected on the 20th - this has not left my account. there is more than enough money to cover the bill.
i have contacted the bank and they have said there are no payments marked as not sent or not collected so to contact ID mobile, but of course this is near on impossible.
Can someone at ID Mobile look into this from ID mobile
EDIT* - just for reference under the payments tab this months payment shows as “successful” but the money has not gone out.
