Hello, Good afternoon.

What date do I change my direct debit to so my allowance refreshes on the 1st of each month?

Please be advised that your bill is taken after 14 days from the day that you get your allowances. So, to make sure that you get your allowances on the 1st. Please change your billing date to the 15 of each month. These are the steps to change the billing date on the app:

How to change payment date:
1. Click on bills.
2. Manage your payments.
3. Change payment date.
