Direct debit every two months?

Hiya, I joined ID mobile in November, but my bills go out for direct debit every two months even though it says monthly it seems to be skipping a month then obviously the bill is double, I can't afford to keep having the bill double every two months and I'm confused as to why it isn't monthly?

Direct Debit schedule: Verify that your direct debit is set to monthly with your bank. Sometimes the bank may process it differently if there’s an issue with the mandate.

Billing cycle: Your billing date may have changed when your account was set up or after a system adjustment. Check your iD Mobile app or online account to confirm your current billing date.

Previous payments: Review past payments to confirm if any months were skipped or combined.

Contact support: If the billing cycle is still incorrect, contact iD Mobile support so they can adjust your account to ensure monthly billing going forward.
