Direct debit first payment

I logged into my online bank account to check the direct debits for my and my daughter’s new SIM only plans had been set up. The list of d/ds shows both d/ds but next to my daughter’s there is a large amount showing which is different to the first bill - nothing has been taken yet. First bill doesn’t include any out of plan charges and no bills have been paid yet anyway so there should be no payment history. Any ideas why? Should I be concerned?
