Direct debit payment and account closure

I opened my account and had issues with paying my direct debit. I ended up getting in debt but evedntually i paid off the lump sum. ID mobile shut off my Sim and since paying back the outstanding debt my sim still no longer works. I am not getting direct debits anymore. I still have the phone and i would like to continue and get a new plan so i can use my number again.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your account and the disruption this has caused.

 

As your service was disconnected due to the outstanding balance, I can confirm that once an account has been fully disconnected, it cannot simply be reactivated. Even though your balance has now been cleared, the original contract and SIM service are no longer active.

 

In order to continue using our services and, if possible, retain your number, you will need to take out a new contract with us. Our Sales Team will be able to advise you on the available plans and check whether number reactivation or porting options are still possible depending on the status of your previous line.
