direct debit problems setting back up

I need help with setting up my direct debit again as it was cancelled due to miss payments but I have paid it and it won’t let me start it again

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having with setting your Direct Debit back up. I understand how frustrating that can be once everything has already been paid.

You should be able to set this back up through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

Open the iD Mobile app
Go to Bills / Payments
Tap Manage payment method
Select Set up Direct Debit
Follow the on-screen instructions to add your bank details and confirm

 

If you’re not seeing the option, try:

Logging out and back into the app
Updating the app to the latest version
Checking via My Account online instead of the app

 

If it still won’t let you set it up, let us know and we can take a closer look for you.
