direct debit set up

I want to set up my direct debit but it won’t let me until I’ve paid for overdue amount of £15. I have tried 5 times to pay this and they’re is an error either with the app or the system as I have more than enough funds in the bank

I am so sorry that you have tried to make payments with no luck. Kindly note that you will need to make manual payment for the outstanding balance and after you can set up your direct debit.

 

Open the iD Mobile app or log in to your My Account online.

Navigate to Billing or Bills.

Tap on Manage your payments or Manage Direct Debit.

Select Change your payment date, pick your new preferred date, review the terms, and click Submit / Save
