Hi, I’ve just bought as payg esim, it’s automatically set me up on a direct debit to come out at the end of the month. I thought that the plan wouldn’t start until I activate the eSIM which I don’t plan to for 3 weeks until my old sim finishes its contract. So when is the direct debit/payment active? From moment I purchase the sim? Or when I activate the sim? Thanks for any help

Pay and Go doesn’t offer direct debit payment options. It sounds like you purchased a pay monthly plan, so you’ll be charged from the day you receive the SIM/eSIM.
