Dorect debit not been took out

My DD date is the 7th of every month, yet my one for November still hasn’t been taken, can someone message me and give me an update on why it’s not been taken out yet please

The iD Community members here in this public forum can’t access your private iD account information, ​@Rampton92.

You’ll need to contact iD Customer Service about your direct debit arrangements - reach-out using the iD Mobile online Live Chat service, and tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

By “took out”, presumably you meant to say “taken out”😁
