double charged on overseas data

Hi I’ve been double charged on all 3 plans for our overseas data add on , please can someone help with this? Thank you

You can check any extra charges on your account using the iD Mobile app by following these steps:
 

Open the iD Mobile app and log in with your account details.

Go to the “Usage & Bills” or “Billing” section.

Select the relevant month or billing period you want to review.

Scroll down to see breakdowns of charges, including any extra services such as overseas data, pay-as-you-go top-ups, or add-ons.
 

This should show exactly where the extra charges came from.
