Double paying - want to check before making further payments

Hi - i am trying to change my billing to another card, but the app tells me I have an outstanding payment so I can't. Looking at my payment history, it looks like I should be up to date, so I want to check if this outstanding bill is accurate before paying it. Currently, the app says I need to pay £16.49 by the 30th of April - but i have paid this amount and the message remains.

I can understand how frustrating it is when the app shows an outstanding balance even though you believe you’ve already paid it.
 

This can sometimes happen if:

The payment is still processing and hasn’t fully updated on our system yet
There’s a short delay between the bank and our billing system
The app hasn’t refreshed and is showing an older balance
 

If the payment was made recently, please allow 24–48 hours for it to fully reflect on our side. Once it updates, the outstanding message should disappear and you should be able to update your payment method.
 

If it still shows after that time, we can investigate and correct the account for you.
