double payment

I had outstanding balance from my most recent bill, as it bounced as my paycheck came in later than  usual. But now it has taken the payment twice, I understand this is now sitting in credit, but I don't want it sat in credit as I need the money in my account for other bills.

Good morning, I couldn't pay more for my last bill through the app, so I tried online and accidentally paid twice. Can I request a refund of the overpaid funds?
