double payment

Can you cancel the direct debit tomorrow for this acct {removed} because i paid it yesterday

    Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel a Direct Debit payment, as we need to verify the account holder before making any changes to an account.

    If you've already made a manual payment and your Direct Debit is still due to be collected, please change the direct debit on your end on the iD Mobile App.

     

    Please note that cancelling your Direct Debit without confirming the status of your bill could result in missed payments and affect future billing.
