Double Payment Taken

Hi can anyone help, I've made a payment today as I had an email saying my payment was over due, made the payment then decided to check on past payments noticing that this month's payment had been taken already (so now I've double paid) and also noticed my direct debit was also taken twice in April so I'm owed 2 months payments back.

It is unlikely we would take a Direct Debit twice in one month, was one perhaps a manual payment?

If you have over paid we can certainly get this refunded for you, or leave this on your iD account as credit. Does it show you’re in credit on your iD app?
