Double payment taken

Hi, I had a notification that the bill was overdue when in fact it had been paid by direct debit. I paid the fee.. and now have double paid for Feb 2026

I’m really sorry for the worry and inconvenience this has caused especially when you’ve already set up a Direct Debit and believed everything was paid correctly.

 

From what you’ve described, we’ll need to check your account properly to confirm what’s happened with the payment and why the overdue notification was triggered.

 

I’ve just sent you a private message so we can look into this in detail and get it resolved for you, including sorting out any duplicate payment if one has been taken.
