Downloaded PDF Bill won't open, says it's empty?

Hi, I had an e-mail to say my bill was ready this morning.  I’ve downloaded it but when I go to open the downloaded file it, it says “it cannot be opened because it is empty”.  Does anybody know why this might be?

Try downloading it again with the idmobile app or via Web browser
