early billing when it is not due now.

Hi, I took a new contract with Idmobile on 21st of May 2026. But today When logged in, was requested to pay outstanding balance of £16. My question is itvis only been a week long since I took new contract and shouldn't be the bill supposed to cover a month?

Please note that at iD Mobile, monthly plans are billed in advance. However, payment is not taken immediately, as the bill is normally due 14 days after the invoice has been generated.

Thanks for the information, then why I was requested when logged in to make payment? And I did.
