email quotes old bill amount not new plan

Recently changed to sim only plan with first 3 months free .

Am receiving emails relating to the old plan payment amounts being due.

When I log in the bill online looks correct with my account in credit with nothing due until after the free period.

Do I just ignore the incorrect emails?
