Yes, you would normally receive a notification before your contract end date with details about your agreement ending and the options available to you. We’re sorry if you have not received this communication.
When your contract ends, your service will continue as normal on a rolling monthly basis, so you will still be able to use your calls, texts, and data without interruption. Your monthly price would remain the same unless there are any annual price adjustments already outlined within your agreement terms.
Once your contract has ended, you would also be free to switch to a different plan, including a SIM Only deal if that would better suit your needs. Kindly contact our sales team on 08000490250 to further explore on available options.
If you decide you would like to move to another provider, you can request a PAC code to keep your number, or a STAC code if you do not wish to keep it. Once provided to your new network, they would arrange the transfer and cancellation of your iD Mobile service.
