I want to pay off my contract and then get a new phone. Happy for me to have to change phone numbers

You can easily make payments through the automated phone service as we are unable to take payments on a Live chat.

Just dial 0333 003 0001, 0333 003 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, and select option 2, then option 1 to make a payment. Enter the amount you’d like to pay and then enter your card details. Both of the above options are quick and secure, and can be done without having to speak to anyone.

Alternatively, if you don't have access to the ID Mobile number you can dial 03330030001 to make your manual payment. The above options are quick and secure and can be done without having to speak to anyone.
