    Hi @Maryambe,

    I'm sorry to hear this.

If you're in Greece, particularly on islands such as Rhodes, it's quite common for phones to connect to a neighbouring country's network due to signal overlap across maritime borders. When this happens, usage may be charged at different roaming rates than expected.

To help prevent any further charges, we'd recommend:

    1. Setting your bill cap to £0.00 in the iD Mobile app or online account.
    2. Going into your phone's network settings and turning off Automatic Network Selection.
    3. Manually selecting one of iD Mobile's supported roaming partners in Greece.
    4. Keeping an eye on the network name displayed on your phone, especially when travelling near coastal areas.

I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Private Messages".
