Hello, i have unlimited calls texts and data on my plan.  I am currently on holiday in Morocco and I bought an esim with unlimited data before I left the UK. However I seem to have been charged 16 pounds for data and 2 pound for calls but I haven't used my ID mobile sim, just my esim. I also haven't made any calls that haven't been on social media since I've been on holiday.  Where have these charges come from, as i do not agree with them. On my bill it says i have used up all of my allowance which is why I have been charged but thats not possible.
