Failed 9 pound deposit charge. Received a text they would retry in a few hours

Hi, I received this text:

Hello, your payment or 1p verification has been declined. Please make funds available to complete your order. We will re-try again in the next few hours. Thanks

This was yesterday at 5pm. They have not tried again though. What shall I do? Money is in the bank waiting for ID to retry the charge.
