I terminated my plan 14th Oct, one year after commencing the plan and have paid charges to 14th Oct why is ID invoicing me for the period 14th Oct to 14 Nov

There is a 30-day notice period when you cancel your iD contract, ​@Bill Rowland

Did you follow one of the procedures given in this community article? 

Did you use a PAC or STAC to end your iD contract?

Thank you for your message, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that you may have selected the 30-day disconnection option, which means your account will be cancelled 30 days after the disconnection request was processed. This is why you received a bill covering the period from 14/10/2025 to 14/11/2025.

After this period, your account will be officially closed, and you will receive a final bill confirming the cancellation and showing any remaining balance—whether it’s a credit, debit, or zero amount.
