Until when do I have to pay off my final bill in that case?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

Your final bill will need to be paid by the payment due date shown on the bill itself. This is usually around 14 days after the bill is issued, but the exact date will always be confirmed clearly on your final statement.

However, with debt agency collection I cannot confirm I am so sorry.
