Hello, 

I have just switched to Smarty as my Id contract is coming to an end on the 8th of June. I also closed my bank account attached to the Id direct debit for other reasons, and intend to pay any final bill by credit card. Can I just check whether the bill is charged in advance or arrears?

    Hi ​@Mithrandir63 ,

     

    The final bill is charged once the account is officially closed and will be sent out to you afterwards.

    The final bill will either show a credit to be refunded to you, a debit to be paid to iD Mobile, or a zero balance where nothing is owed.
