FINAL DEMAND NOTICE

I have received a final demand notice 15th October but the letter is dated 5th September. I have called the 0333 number that is on the letter but it tells me that the account is upto date. I pay by direct debit as I have done for the last 9 years with ID mobile I'm finding it impossible to get an answer and the live chat is always busy try later. I really need help in resolving this please??
