Hi.

I've currently experiencing some financial problems. I don't use this sim anymore or need it, I still have the balance of the phone to pay off. I want to discuss my options for payment arrangements but feel like I'm hitting a brick wall.

I'm in a bit of a vulnerable state at the moment so don't feel I could discuss over the phone. I've been on live chat but they don't seem to understand what I'm wanting. I just want someone to help and discuss my options.

Is there an email address I can contact at all?
