Just joined and changed direct debit to 1st monthly, started on the 3/10 when will my first bill be

Thanks for getting in touch.

You can check when your first bill will be due through the iD Mobile app or your online account:

Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
Go to Billing.
Select View Bill or Bill Details.
You'll be able to see your bill date, payment due date, and any upcoming charges.

As your plan started on 03/10, your first bill may include charges from the date your plan began up to your first billing date.
