fraudulant payments

I have been charged many times for sis messages from number ending 78484, I unsubscribed from this service 2 months ago & blocked the number too but am still being charged. Please can you help me with this so I no longer get charged.

I’m sorry to hear you’re still being charged for these messages despite unsubscribing from the service.

To help prevent any further chargeable usage, we’d recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0.00:

Log in to the iD Mobile app.
Go to Bills.
Select Manage bill cap.
Change the Bill Cap to £0.00.
Save your changes.

As you’ve already unsubscribed but the charges are continuing, we’d also recommend contacting the company responsible for the service to ensure the subscription has been fully cancelled.
